My name is Harri Kairavuo and I am the creator and administrator of Eastside Sports Analysis. Statistics and all kind of sports related analysis has been a hobby for me for a long time. I found baseball and MLB in 2009 and since then I have followed the game and MLB really closely. I have done a lot of research and nowadays I believe to have enough knowledge to be able to provide (hopefully) winning MLB-picks. I am though aware of the fact that the game, MLB and the betting environment is moving forward fast. To be able to succeed you have to critically assess your own methods and try to constantly develop your skills on all levels.
My aim is to run a customer friendly and easily accessible baseball betting service that offers winning handicapping selections. I try to be as transparent as possible in everything I do so the customers / potential customers know what they have bought / are thinking about to buy. I can’t, unfortunately, promise winning picks, but in everything else I do take great pride in keeping my promises.
Baseball is a sport that is pretty easy to model compared to some other sports (more of this in the Analysis-section). In MLB there are games played basically every day and to be able to succeed as a handicapper in an environment like this, you have to create a systematic process to do your analysis. I have been working on my process and model for many years and I think they together form a very working tool for beating the market in a game and league that asks for very good ability to react from the handicapper. I find baseball/MLB to fit my way of working very well. Let the future show how well I will succeed with my work.
